It was clean and the staff were cooperative and amicable, beds were comfortable. Room was beautifully maintained the food was tasty, 4 stars. The location was perfectly comfortable and unbeatable, in the picture everything. A cool bonus was Ca'puccino, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I stayed here for one day and would love to return. I greatly enjoyed my time at the hotel, which was quite clean, and the staff were excellent and very cooperative. the location is fantastic, being just off IGI Airport, and it's conveniently situated near Delhi. Plus, the Heathrow Observation Deck is a short 6 km away from the hotel, making it easily accessible.

The hotel is fairly clean and located in a nice building just off Delhi's IGI Airport. The location is favorable and unbeatable, making it easy to get around. They offer plenty of goodies for breakfast and the double room comes with all the required facilities.

The hotel had a strong smell and was dirty. Food was not allowed and the A/C was not working. We had to switch rooms twice. The bedsheets were dirty and stained, and the pillows were not clean. Extra charges were added without explanation and customer service was unresponsive. The hotel was locked and redirected us to another dirty and uncomfortable hotel. The check-in process was uncomfortable and the staff were rude. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The hotel was difficult to find. There was a mistake in leaving a positive review.

The meals here are delicious with lots of great food options available. The rooms are pretty spacious and well-maintained, and they have climate control, TV, and even ironing facilities. 🍴
